You’re Not the Numbers

You’re not the number on the scale, stopwatch, or spreadsheet.

Read that again.

Do you feel worn out?

What if it’s because you’re trying to keep up with the numbers, instead of doing it your body’s way?

There’s a common pattern I notice in women who love to workout:

👊a tendency to push their bodies to extremes
👊pressure to do more and rest day guilt
👊enduring through fatigue at the expense of their health/hormones

Can you relate? What if we could get on a different cycle? Literally.

The myth women have been told is to workout (and do everything else in life) in a linear way.

The TRUTH?

Our bodies are CYCLICAL.

What does that mean?  It means your menstrual cycle (or if you don’t have one, then the moon phases) are your superpower to optimize your energy, and workout smarter instead of harder.  You can start right now.
