Refunds
All prices are listed in USD. There are no refunds. All sales are finals.
Custom Essential Oil Sample Kits
Upon ordering a sample kit, you’ll receive an email with a link to the sample kit custom order form. You must complete these details so I know what to send you in your sample kit. This additional info is required after ordering, and if I don’t receive the additional custom order information from you within 7 days, I’ll refund your order to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy on Events & Workshops
When you purchase a ticket to one of our workshops, courses, or live events, please understand that your ticket is final sale and non-refundable. If your plans change last minute, you can’t get a refund. When Jenni teaches or organizes an event, she 100% commits to you and your learning. We hope that inspires you to do the same and bring the same level of dedication. The legal rights from any and all of the audio and video captured belongs exclusively and permanently to Jenni Hulburt, LLC.
Coaching Terms & Conditions
Note: These are the legally binding agreements you make when you purchase a coaching session. You will be asked to agree to these before purchasing coaching sessions.
This Coaching Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines what we can both expect in working together. If there is anything you don’t agree with, please let me know immediately. I want to make sure we have clear and open communication.
- Parties: This Agreement is made between Jenni Hulburt, LLC (“Jenni Hulburt Coaching, WILD Wellness,” “We,” and “Us”) and [insert name] (“You” and “Your”).
- My Promise to You: Jenni Hulburt, LLC will provide you with the tools I have within my scope of education and training, to help you train a healthy body and mind. In addition to providing coaching materials, Jenni will be available to answer your questions and offer guidance. Here’s what you can expect from me:
a. Time integrity. I respect your time, and I will be there at the scheduled time.
b. My support and energy. I bring all my energy and focus to coaching. I will support you the best I can in your well-being and fitness goals.
c. My honesty and respect. I treat you as an equal and I’ll give you my honest opinion.
3. What I Expect from Coaching Clients: You are investing in me as your guide, and I’m also investing my time and energy in you. I want to see you reach your goals! Therefore, here’s what I expect from you:
a. Be prepared. Show up for the sessions, do the work in between sessions, and expect results.
b. Be respectful. I won’t accept any harassment, racist or rude comments. I won’t stand for any inappropriate behavior. If this occurs, I will stop the session immediately and that session will be considered to be complete. I will proceed to use the payments you paid for future sessions as a donation to my charity of choice. Also, I may choose not to work with you in the future.
c. Choose to do your best. I want to help you train a healthy body and mind.
4. Guarantees. No guarantees can be made for the results from our coaching sessions, since there are many factors that could influence your results.
5. Application. Before being accepted for coaching, I require all potential clients to fill out an application. There is no fee to apply. If I think I’m the right person to help you, then we’ll move forward with paid coaching sessions.
6. Payments. All payments will be made in full on our website JenniHulburt.com. All payments, once completed, will be non-refundable.
7. Communication. All communication will be done via Zoom Audio or another online program.
8. Time. Time integrity is important to me. Sessions take place on the agreed upon time, whether you are there or not. They will not be extended due to your tardiness. If you show up late, I’ll still be available for you until the session ends. For example, if we agreed for a 60-minute session to take place from 9:00-10:00 and you arrive for the session at 9:15, we’ll work together until 10:00. Even though we’ll only have worked together for 45 minutes, the full session will be considered complete.
9. Cancellations. If you cancel a session without giving at least 24-hours notice, there will be no refund and the session will be considered complete.
10. Refunds. All coaching sessions and packages are final sale. There will be no refunds under any circumstances.
11. Sessions. You may decide how frequently you use the coaching sessions purchased, as long as they fit with my schedule. I’ll do everything I can to accommodate your requests. You’ll have one year to use the coaching sessions you purchase. After one year, all unused coaching sessions will be forfeited. You’re responsible for keeping track of the number of sessions you have remaining and how many you need to book before the 1-year expiry date.
12. Currency. All prices are in United States Dollars and all payments must be made in USD through my website.
13. Confidentiality. Coaching conversations can be deep and personal. I want it to be an open and safe space for us to communicate. Everything said is strictly confidential and will never be shared with a third party. The only exception is if I am compelled to do so by law. Coaching sessions will be recorded, and you will receive an MP3 audio file of the call so you can listen again anytime.
14. General Terms.
a. Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, e-mail or text will suffice for written notice when required as set out above.
b. Headings. The headings used in this Agreement are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding.
General Terms
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless to the fullest extent Jenni Hulburt, LLC from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Jurisdiction
We control and operate the Sites from our office in the United States. We do not represent that materials on the Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations. People who choose to access the Sites from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions. Failures to timely exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
