When You’re Doing the Work(out) and Not Seeing Results

Step away from the computer.

Permission granted.  You just won a 5-minute break from that thing you’re doing right now.  I know… you’ll still get it done.  Just trust me on this one and stand up.

Most people get working out all wrong because they forget one important part.

It’s not just about your body.

It’s about getting your mind being more at peace and your soul feeling lifted.  So what I’m going to walk you through now will INSPIRE you.

Being inspired is about allowing yourself to be filled up with something that moves you.  Literally and figuratively.

The inspiration to move comes from an internal shift, a subtle and powerful urge and motivation that occurs when you do something that gets your blood pumping and your legs moving. 

Working out just something to do, check off your list, or drudge through because you “should” workout every day.

May it be more than that.

Bigger. More expansive.

May moving inspire you.

Connect you.

Fill you up with a divine power.

Endurance. Power. Confidence.

And Strength.

To live your life to the fullest capacity.

To show up as the healthiest version of yourself.

To move your body and change your life.
