Burnout & The Myth of Balance

Feeling out of balance?  Me too.  In this episode, I talk about balance and managing priorities with our health, business, and life goals.  I’ll share why I think balance is a myth, with some examples from my life in a season that currently feels out of balance.  You’ll also hear my strategy for avoiding burnout, and what I’m focusing on instead of balance.
