Outdoor Workout in The Backyard

I’ve lived in many places with access to traditional workout equipment.

Sometimes going to a gym didn’t sound as fun as exercising at home (or in my backyard), and to be quite honest…

I prefer to be outside in my backyard lifting logs instead of inside a gym lifting dumbbells, anyway.

Yes, I really do use logs, rocks, and other heavy things I can find to lift, push, pull, and carry – and I get a great workout!

In today’s video, I’m going to show you a workout you can do with no equipment (or you can use logs or other heavy things around your backyard).
