Jenni is part psychologist and part trainer.  She figured out what activities I enjoy and feel challenged by most.  She understands busy lifestyles and gives me strategies that are practical and sustainable in my schedule.  I love the workouts because some incorporate gym equipment (which intimidated me before) and others are based on no equipment at all!  Jenni encourages me when I have a rough week and she celebrates with me for every pound dropped.  When I feel defeated by life and no time for exercise, she finds ways to sneak in exercise that are a perfect fit for me.

I have been either pregnant or nursing for the last four years, and I wanted to get my body back before I turned 40.  I was completely out of shape when I first met Jenni, and I had been trying on my own to lose weight for several months.  I have lost 16 pounds without lowering my milk supply for my son!  Food does not occupy me all day and I feel great about reclaiming my old body before kids!


She helped me shed some really bad diet habits.  The emotional side of eating and feeling too tired to work out has always been a huge barrier for me.  I am forever grateful to Jenni for changing my life!  What a gift!  Laurie Jones

Jenni gave me 5 minute workouts and they are getting me moving! I have been taking 3 breaks throughout the day to walk up and down the three flights of stairs in my office. Even if I don’t get to any other form of exercise for the day, I know I’ve at least done that much! –Jennifer Richael


There is no magic pill to make you fit, but there is a secret. It’s not the same for every person, but my secret has been teaming with Jenni.  I dropped 2 dress sizes and ran my first 10K!  Although I’ve worked out with other trainers and have participated in boot camps with varying results, Jenni taught me three things:  1.  You have to be ready.  2. You have to listen to what’s right for you.   She taught me about eating whole foods that go along with my blood type, and I’ve had fantastic results and amazing energy.  I’m also a big kid at heart and Jenni made the workouts challenging and fun because she got to know me.   3. I can do anything I set my mind to.  When I listened and worked had, I started meeting goals we set. I love Jenni’s holistic approach to wellness because working out isn’t about my dress size or muscle definition anymore.  It’s about being healthy and being a good example for my daughter.  Everything else is a bonus!  -Wendy Paul
