Focus on the Follow-through, Not the Fail

As soon as I turned the corner and saw the rock ledge, I knew I had to make a decision… FAST!

Was I going to pedal and go for it, or stop and hike my bike over it cautiously?

Whether you’re a mountain biker (or not), I’m sure you can relate to a time in your life or on the trail when you’ve failed, fallen, or lost focus.

You probably also know what it feels like to have to make that split-second decision and later, to wish you had made a different one.

In this episode, I share a story about a recent experience I had while mountain biking in Sedona.

It held such lesson for me (and I believe, all of us) on failure, focus, and following-through.

You can do hard things.

In mountain biking, in business, in life.

Listen for a story and lesson about focusing on the follow-through, not the fail.
