Get moving, get motivated, and keep this mantra going!

  • 30 seconds of each exercise
  • 15 seconds rest
  • Repeat 3x
  • This will take you less than 25 minutes.

(Get outside and use rocks for bonus points)!

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Overhead press
  • Tricep Dip
  • Incline Push-up
  • V-sit crunch
  • Alternating toe touch
  • Tuck jumps
  • Elevated split squats.
