Make Nature Your Gym: The Rock Workout

If we ever meet on the trail, don’t let this surprise you.

It’s common for me to do some strength training before, after, or during a run.  Why be confined to the gym when you can turn nature into one?

So, in this 3 minute video I show you a total body workout (11 exercises!) you can do out on the trail.  No equipment necessary.

  2. Plank Jacks
  3. Side Tucks
  4. Side Plank + Leg Lift
  5. Push-ups
  6. Tricep Dips
  7. Downward Facing Dog
  8. Deadlift Rock
  9. Rock Balance
  10. Rock Curls
  11. Overhead Press
